10 yellow foam plugs for the air bladder of the Act Fast anti-choking trainer. The Heimlich manoeuvre can be practised with the ACT Fast anti-choking vest. To do this, the trainee must place their hands on the air bladder and practise the manoeuvre. When performed correctly and with the right amount of force, the foam plug shoots out of the bladder.

The yellow foam plugs are custom-made for the Act Fast anti-choking trainer and are used to replace broken or lost plugs.
