How to return a product?
- Fill out the return request using the button above. Letting us know the reason for return helps us process it faster. On the form, you can choose to return the item using a Medisol carrier (shipping fee applies) or a carrier of your choice using our address details.
- After submitting your request, we'll email you the next steps as soon as possible, including a return label, if you requested one.
- If you have received a return label you can send the return via our indicated courrier. If you are sending the return via a courier of choice you can send the package to the following address:

- Keep your shipping receipt (if applicable) so you can track your return.
- Once we've received your return, you'll get a confirmation email.
- Once your item passes quality control, you'll receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the return.
- Refunds are issued via your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. In some cases, we may ask for your IBAN.
You're also welcome to use the European model withdrawal form to cancel your purchase. This isn't required, but using our own form helps us process your return faster.
