The CU Medical i-PAD SP1 AED is a user-friendly fully automatic defibrillator specifically designed for fast and straightforward emergency response. The status of the battery and electrode pads is displayed on an LCD screen, so you always know whether the AED is ready for use. Thanks to the included carrying case, the SP1 is easy to transport.
A semi-automatic version of this AED is also available: the CU Medical i-PAD SP1 AED Semi-Automatic.

Paediatric Mode Without Changing Pads
A major advantage of the i-PAD SP1 is its switchable paediatric mode. By activating a switch, the shock energy is automatically adjusted for a child, without the need for dedicated paediatric pads. Ideal in situations where every second counts. The protective cover over the paediatric mode switch prevents accidental activation during adult resuscitation.
Automatic Volume Adjustment
The built-in noise detector measures ambient sound and automatically adjusts the volume of the voice prompts. This ensures that instructions remain clearly audible, even in noisy environments. The AED also actively supports the CPR process by prompting the rescuer to begin chest compressions if none are detected.
Easy Data Retrieval via SD Card
The i-PAD SP1 automatically records treatment data after each use. The internal memory stores approximately three hours of information or the five most recent incidents. Both ECG data and usage data can be easily retrieved via an SD card or the IrDA interface.
Durable and Low Maintenance
With an IP55 rating, this AED is well protected against dust and water. The battery has a lifespan of approximately 5 years, and the electrode pads last about 2 years. Thanks to automatic self-tests performed daily, weekly and monthly, and the LCD status indicator, you can see at a glance whether the AED is ready for use.
